We are designing custom diagnostic molecular components for the following use cases: biodefense, regenerative medicine, cancer therapeutics, STDs, and infectious diseases.
Drug candidates and functional diagnostic components usually take a long time and a lot of money to discover. Doing so requires screening hundreds-to-thousands of natural and artificial compounds, evaluating their desired characteristics, and making slight modifications before going back to the drawing board. The combinatorial space from which to choose compounds is near 10^50 candidates.
We use a proprietary generative approach to rationally design de novo peptides and ‘mini’ proteins. Our proprietary in silico approach will make discovery of novel aptamers and macrocycles cheap and quick, while yielding better products. The resulting candidate compounds will be used in proprietary diagnostic devices and for drug discovery.
